If you are seeking perfection and lasting results, hire Freddy Leon. We had slate roof and chimney repointing work done by Freddy over twenty years ago and just last month I needed some attention and work to my roof. Freddy and his team came back to resolve my issues last month and now I have confidence that my slate roof will continue to look amazing and be in good shape for many years to come. Freddy will come back in the Spring and continue to do more work, installing copper snow guards. The old guards were not installed properly. No worries this time around! I will also be considering leaf guards for the copper gutters. Don't waste your money on someone that doesn't know what they are doing! Get it done right the first time with Leon Restoration! Freddy Leon and his crew have been instrumental in keeping our house dry, wind proofed and safe. We have used him for multiple projects over many years, but the most recent was just last month. A section of the house built in 1994 needed a full roof replacement. Freddy not only did the job but upgraded all of the flashing around the chimney and the skylights (8). The job site was always spotless and the work was completed on-time and under quotation. You might find a company that will do it cheaper, but that what you'll get a cheap substitute for Freddy's first class work!

Freddy and his team have been lifesavers for us and our 100+ year old slate roofed house. We have had Freddy address several issues we’ve encountered with our roof over the last few years, from replacing slate tiles and dormer windows to installing copper flashing/window wells/snow guards, during which Freddy has been reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Freddy has even installed a new storm door, corrected existing gutters eradicating any basement flooding, and did excellent work on our chimney! Freddy and his team at Leon Restoration were invaluable in turning my 70-year old monstrosity into a masterpiece, essentially rebuilding my home from the outside in. Freddy is a true craftsman when it comes to any copper flashing work, which is essential in preventing any water leaks. The team at Leon Restoration repaired and replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts, siding, deck, removed a horrible illegally constructed stairwell and replaced it with a new cellar door that doesn’t leak, demo’d multiple layers of old kitchen and bathroom flooring so that the new hardwood floors would be flush with the existing, rebuilt my rotting and termite-damaged garage and weird breezeway, repaired, replaced my front entry that had an incorrect pitch (causing water to go toward and into the building, which meant rot and termites), custom made all new copper flashing for all the new exterior windows and doors so that they won’t leak water, and replaced all the rotted sheathing, moldy insulation and added additional support and Blueskin along the way. They not only restored my house, they rebuilt it and made it much better than it ever was before. I highly recommend Leon Restoration for roofing and everything else, because they can do it all!

Freddy - is honest and reliable. He did significant repairs to our deckhouse roof. He replaced the roof and structural support elements of the roof in late 2015. We have since used him again to do more work replacing our windows in 2017. The roof has not leaked since he replaced it, and really makes the house look better. His workers are courteous and leave the job site neat and clean.

I had an emergency roof problem and called several roofers. One guy said he would come out and never showed up. A neighbor saw me waiting in the driveway for an hour. He asked why I was just standing there. I told him i was waiting for a roofer, who never showed. He gave me the name of Leon Restoration. The owner returned my call immediately and said he was very busy but would make it a point to stop by and look at my problem that night. Well he showed up as he said he would and he told me the problem was not as bad as I thought it was. He fit me into his busy schedule that same week at a very fair price. Would I recommend him - hell yes.
